Tomato-Basil
Toast

1 box Original Jacobsen’s Snack Toast
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese,
1 oz (1/4 Cup) fresh parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. snipped fresh basil OR 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2/3 Cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, pressed
4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

Lay Snack Toast flat on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese; set aside. In a bowl, combine the remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, basil and mayonnaise; mix well. Using a garlic press, press garlic over cheese mixture; again, mix well. Arrange tomatoes in a single layer over the mozzarella cheese on the toast. Spread the remaining topping on the tomato-covered toast. Broil 5-7 minutes in oven or use toaster oven on medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
