Cinnamon Raisin
Toast Pudding

1 box Jacobsen’s Cinnamon-Raisin Snack Toast
5 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups 2% milk

2 tbsp. soft margarine,
3 tbsp. yogurt, whipped cream
sliced fruit-strawberries, peaches, kiwi,
bananas etc.

Chop 8-10 slices of Jacobsen’s Cinnamon-Raisin Snack Toast into 1/2 inch cubes. Place in an ungreased 9" x 13" baking dish. In a medium mixing bowl, blend eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk. Pour mixture over toast cubes. Mix yogurt and margarine together. Spread over the toast and egg mixture. Place whole pieces of Jacobsens Cinnamon-Raisin Snack Toast on top of the dessert and press down into the mixture. Cover with wax paper and cook in microwave at medium power for 18-20 minutes or until center is soft set. Let stand for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream and fruit on top (optional).
